Emma Reed Turrell grew up near Portsmouth and went on to read English at Queens’ College, Cambridge. Following ten years working in business, she returned to her earlier passion for psychology and retrained as a psychotherapist.
Originally trained in Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, Emma has gone on to qualify in a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, NLP and Hypnotherapy.
Emma is also a Clinical Supervisor and runs a therapy practice alongside training and consulting. She is currently writing her second book and lives in Winchester with her husband, two children, and golden retriever.
